Relationship with Yomo: 

        Naoyuki originally was not on good terms with Renji, as he was causing trouble in the 4th Ward. Naoyuki, at that time, was desperate to find a way to make herself stronger, and hopefully, some money to pay her debts. She stumbled into the 4th Ward, where there were numerous cases of cannibalism, and Naoyuki herself had no choice when she was assaulted by a group of Ghouls. Although Renji saved her, he took advantage of the injured Naoyuki and tried to cannibalize on her. Naoyuki didn't go down without a fight, and the two relentlessly fought for a while until Naoyuki called a truce. Though Renji was initially against it (believing that Naoyuki was trying to trick him), he agreed nonetheless. They settled down as friends for a while, at least until Naoyuki ended up trusting Renji more than she should have, and somehow, became dependent on him for a while. It was soon after that Naoyuki realized she was falling for Renji, and no matter how 'wrong' she believed her predicament to be, she mustered up her courage to tell Renji that she has feelings for him. Though Renji was taken aback, he only smiled at her and told her not to worry, as he wouldn't sabotage a friendship for something small like that. It was because Naoyuki confessed her feelings, Renji started treating her better, if not pampering her at times ( as an acknowledgement of her feelings ) eventually, he ended up falling for her as well, and knowing well that she had feelings for him still, asked her if she was willing to be in a relationship. The two had a quiet relationship before Naoyuki heard hearsay of her brother being spotted in the 20th Ward, and had to leave Renji for a while. Soon after Yoshimura brought Renji to the 20th Ward, he was surprised to find Naoyuki pregnant. He asked if she saw someone before he arrived there, but she denied any assumption he made and told him that he probably doesn't remember that they spent a night together two days before Naoyuki found out about her brother. Renji, feeling bad should he leave Naoyuki to take care of their child, settled down in Anteiku and became Yoshimura's right hand man. Currently, Renji and Naoyuki are taking care of both their twin sons, Hayase and Nowaki. Though they seem to have a platonic relationship to others, they're still together, but opted to not publicly show it because it may negatively affect their respective lines of work with others knowing.

History: 

            Born in the 16th Ward in Tokyo, Naoyuki was born to a decent living family of Ghouls. The family had more than enough to live, but it was because Naoyori was associated with the Yakuza. Naoyuki had lived quite decently , at least until she was 16. Her mother was killed by Yoko Watari, a then Associate Special Class Ghoul Investigator, and Naoya was sent off by their father to the 23rd Ward to find his contacts; however, never returned. Naoyori took Naoyuki and fled to another area in the 16th. He was unaware that his wife was an SS Rank Ghoul and decided to keep a very low profile for Naoyuki's sake. It was until some Yakuza had picked on Naoyori for not paying his debts. Naoyuki, in a blind rage over other people making her and her father's lives more miserable, killed and ate the Yakuza that visited them. She begged her father to tell her why he never told her about his debts, and that she should help him, because he needs to keep a low profile. Her father scolded her that she has little experience fighting with other ghouls, and what happens should she come across an investigator. Naoyuki only smiled and hugged her father and told him that she will find a way. He needs the money more than she does, and she doesn't want him being picked on by the Yakuza anymore. Naoyuki traveled from ward to ward spying on certain Yakuza groups and hearing out their objectives, and after they got the money, she'd kill them and send the money to her father. Somewhere in the 7th Ward, she caused trouble to Big Madame's subordinates, and was brought to Big Madame herself. She was allowed to live on one condition: She works for Big Madame. Naoyuki was desperate to pay off her father's debts and still give him more money to live a more leisurely life. She followed Big Madame's orders to the letter, and became one of her most trusted 'Cleaners' and hitmen. Naoyuki was practically swimming in money thanks to Big Madame's high rate missions for her, and was given a 'squad' of her own and was entitled to lead them. Eventually, Naoyuki got access to the Ghoul Restaurant and Black Market thanks to the connections she made. A particularly difficult mission in the 4th Ward caused Naoyuki to almost be eaten alive, but after she survived and forced to cannibalize, she pushed through with her mission and returned to Big Madame. Just before moving into the 20th Ward, Naoyuki requested Big Madame to relieve her of her position, but she will continue to give money and subordinates because she still works in the Yakuza. Big Madame let her go without qualm, since Naoyuki had done so much help for her, even hiding her from the CCG at times. 
Naoyuki worked as a part time waitress in Anteiku, showing Yoshimura her gratitude for taking her in. She still worked in the Black Market and the Yakuza behind Renji Yomo and her children's backs, because she herself had a few accounts to settle. She also participated in the Aogiri Raid to save Kaneki. During the Raid of Kanou's Lab, she asks help from her own subordinates to get her in safely and avoiding as much conflict as possible. She helped Yomo in obtaining Rize and confining her in the Shipping Container. Later on Yoshimura orders Naoyuki to take her sons with Touka and not join the fight, as much as she felt the need to. 
Currently, she lives with Yomo, Touka and her sons and run a coffee shop that they put up. Until now, Naoyuki still works with the Yakuza and even appeared at the Auction, wary of Tooru Mutsuki and the Quinx Squad nearby.

Personality:  

            Naoyuki is very proud and boisterous when it comes to her position, skills and achievements. She is not afraid to flaunt them just to annoy people and if she picks a fight, she's not backing down. Naoyuki is also quite vain and loud, and becomes pretty bossy when fellow Anteiku or Gourmet Society members are not around. She suffers an inferiority complex from being looked down upon most of her life, and fears she is a last choice to anything regarding her, so she puts up a loud facade. 

Personal Triumph: Managed to attain a good number of powerful contacts, Not being caught by the CCG yet, Successfully surviving the cannibalism in the 4th and 14th wards
